In the time period from July 29, 2024 until and including August 2, 2024, a number of 2,000 shares were bought back within the framework of the share buy-back program of NEXUS AG, whose start was disclosed by Nexus AG on July 24, 2023.

The total volume of shares which have been bought back within the framework of the share buy-back (share buyback program 2023) amounts to 45,418 shares.
